Great stay!

Pros: Lovely hotel and the staff were really great. The concierge (Vanessa & Erica) and breakfast server Ewa deserve a special mention. Room was a great size and the bathroom was very nicely done with a large shower. Hotel is in a great location and a short walk to the subway TTC station.

Cons: Not much to be honest. Only annoying thing was the bedside table which was very small but that's a very minor point.

Pros: The location, the ambience - lively and stylish - lovely piano music coming from the ground floor restaurant and the 17 th floor outside terrace is really nice with a great view of the city. The hotel has been refurbished - super comfy beds, excellent pressure from the shower and generally really nice bathroom

Cons: We were first given a room which faced the wall of a building … it can happen… they changed us to a higher floor the second night when they had availability

Pros: The hotel breakfast is à la carte, with moderate portions, a wide variety of choices, and delicious flavors.

Cons: Please ensure that used water glasses in the lobby elevator area are promptly replaced to avoid confusion with unused ones.

Good hotel to stay as a business trip

Pros: I liked check-in process it took fankly 2 minutes, also the stuff was very polite and kind, also enjoyed breakfast at Joni restaraunt, the meal was amazing. Moreover location is great, couple minutes of walk to a metro station and 1 minutes of walk to Avenue street were you will find all brandy shops

Cons: only noise from coridor and other rooms next to mine, i dont know why but it seems like they are next to you walking

Pros: Friendly staff and great timing on room service. Location perfect.

Cons: The t.v. being stationary couldn't see it properly from the sofa and seating area. Should be on a swivel. The showers are extremely dangerous, slippery especially for seniors. Need grab/hand rails on the wall side as only handle available to grab is on the door which isn't stable and would not hold up to stop any fall.

A beautiful hotel with some minor quibbles.

Pros: Great location, lovely staff, cool art. We didn't like the guest room as it had no desk space that we needed and we were quickly offered another room that suited our needs much better without having to ask.

Cons: The restaurant was disappointing - although stylish, in an odd location sort of in the lobby and the food was average. Room service equally disappointing - really oversalted pastas.
