Wonderful value for money.

Pros: Excellent breakfast and the very spacious room. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends thinking of coming to Toronto for a holiday. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Pros: Everything, conveniently near to airport, with a Free shuttle bus. Rooms very well equipped comfortable too.

Hotel good, shuttle not so much.

Pros: The room, staff and breakfast were very good. Short walk to some good eating venues too.

Cons: The Airport shuttle left a bit to be desired. When we arrived at the airport, they weren't answering any calls. We waited over an hour before giving up and paying for a cab. When we got to the hotel, they said they had a power outage. Evidence in the room confirmed this.. The next day we took the shuttle back to the airport to catch public transport into Toronto. All good. Then when we called to be picked up in the afternoon it took about an hour. This time they answered the phone, but it took two calls. A fellow passenger on that shuttle said he had been waiting 2 hours, and they didn't answer all of his calls (he said he tried to call 7 times)..

Nice location, free airport shuttle, friendly staff.

Pros: Left on shuttle early AM so did not have breakfast. Location great ... close to restaurants for dinner the night before. Staff very friendly and location very clean.

Got value for your money

Pros: They served breakfast early when we had an early departure. Shuttle runs on time and frequently. They also allowed late check-in when our flight was delayed. Overall a great airport hotel.

Cons: It's an older facility for sure, but kept very clean and well maintained.

Pros: Great business hotel. staff were friendly. Room was clean. My daughter loved breakfast. It is not a resort hotel, so things are simple. (And price reflect that) But that is what we were looking for. Nothing fancy but comfortable

Cons: They have a small snack station in the hotel. Mostly selling chips and chocolates, and bottled drinks. Would have been great if they can added bit of “non-snack” items in there. Such as yogurt cups and packed (like the ones offered at breakfast)
