Very nice hotel

Pros: The room was very clean, comfortable and roomy. The staff were great even though it was very busy.

Cons: There were some very loud people in the room next to meal and had no regard to other sleeping guests.

Pros: Nice comfortable room, which we could only enjoy until 3am, as we had to get up for a red-eye flight! 😁

Pros: shuttle was convenient for early morning flight. Quiet.

Great Place to stay

Pros: The staff were fantastic, had my flight delayed several times and went to change my times for the shuttle. Always greeted with a smile . Very enjoyable stay.

Cons: Sorry the experience was top notch the facilities were excellent, nothing I didn't like.

We have an excellent stay in the hotel, the staff are so helpful.

Pros: We did not avail of the breakfast, but the coffee machine in the lounge is excellent. Suggest to include more coffee flavors.

Cons: remove the ice bucket in the washroom and please include a complimentary bottled water inside the room.

Good Hotel for location to Pearson Airport

Pros: Easy pick up at airport. Quick check in. Rooms are clean.

Cons: Only one option per hour for pickup to airport.

Very soft beds and not comfortable for me as a result

Pros: The hotel was clean and the shuttle was easy to get to the airport on time, with a friendly driver. For my taste, the beds were far too soft and the pillows were too bulky. i was not able to sleep well at all but my son indicated that he slept well on the soft beds. If you have back issues and need a firmer bed, this is not your place.

Cons: as noted above i found the beds very uncomfortable.
