Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport West/Mississauga

Pros: Check in was great. The staff were kind and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable

Cons: The room was cold and the thermostat could not go higher. We were only there one night and we were too tired to say anything at bed time , and it was too late, and forgot in the morning.

Pros: Room was big and comfortable. I like the view from the window.

Cons: Breakfast not included

Good place to stay if overnighting at Toronto Airport

Pros: Spacious room as we had 5 bags. Good healthy breakfast.

Cons: No decaf coffee. No bread available with soup at evening dinner.

Great airport hotel

Pros: We used this hotel as a stay over between flights. The room, lobby, and staff were all great.

Cons: I chose this hotel (further from airport than some options) due to the great rate and shuttle service. However, the shuttle was no longer running at 22:00 when we arrived at the airport. It did start at 6:00 so we were able to use it in the morning.

Great location, value for money.

Pros: I am a returned customer, the hotel is spotless clean and feels hygienic The staff are courteous and the facilities in general are exceptional specially the car park.

Cons: It would have been nice to have drinking water in the rooms even if charged at check out. It was not convenient for me to come down to Reception at midnight to buy water from the front desk. For the room charges it would have been nice to have a bottle of water with a complimentary note.

Overall my stay was very good and would recommended for others.

Pros: Room facilities are very good, cleanliness very good also, staff are wonderful and the location is great. recommended for transit travelers and people who are in the cite for couple of hours or maximum a single night. there is an airport shuttle every one hour.

Cons: Breakfast is very very poor, need to be improved. the food is not fresh and the breakfast items are limited. There is high noise in the hotel because of airplanes sounds and the location near Airport especially the evening time.

Pros: Everything was just fine. There was nothing wrong. Breakfasts were well prepared and tasty.

Cons: I took a bit longer to give my order to waitress, some them looked a bit bored and not really interested. But it is not anything unusual. -NOT HOTELS MISTAKE- What was the thing that made me stay uncomfartable and more comlicated was that I supposu to stay in hotel With same Name \

Great service with friendly staff who were happy to help

Pros: Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Pool was lovely.

Cons: Location - a bit far out but that’s why we booked as seeing family locally. A few restaurants in walking distance but not much else.

Nice family gateway. We'll be back!

Pros: Quiet hotel, the restaurant food was good, everything was clean and the pool and hot tub were amazing!
