Pros: Overall it was good, nice room, comfy beds, very clean, nice breakfast options and convenient location.

Cons: Well, my family wasn't keeping too good so I requested the breakfast dude to allow me to take some food to the room and he was very abrupt and did not allow while the day prior one guest did the same and was allowed. Anyway, not a biggie, just food but be fair to all.

Cons: Hourly shuttle is very good. It would be better if it was every half hour or on demand.

Pros: This is a wonderful hotel; anyone who goes there won't regret it. Everything is perfect for guests.

Cons: There was a misunderstanding with the shuttle. Be careful, the shuttle runs until 11:50 PM; you need to submit an application. And you can only submit it by calling them. My flight was delayed, and I didn't have time to call. Reception didn't accept my shuttle application. Unfortunately, other shuttles operating near the airport didn't take me.
