Pros: Clean and comfortable hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons: Walking to your room from the reception/bar can be a bit of a trek. For me personally, my hotel room was very far from the reception and would walk in these winding corridors to and from. That' was the only downside.

Pros: We got an upgrade to a 2-bedroom suite which was perfect for the first nights of our vacation and to get acclimated to the new timezone each on their own. Breakfast was good. The location was great with easy access from the airport and to drive into Toronto City (app. 40. min).

Good value for price!

Cons: My only complaints are very, very small! There were a few things in our room. we noticed a small stain on the couch, a hole in the duvet, and cups in the cupboard weren't clean. No big deal, though! Everything else was spotless, and the breakfast was good!!

Comfy and roomy

Pros: Extra space, kitchenette, separate bedroom, outlook to courtyard with trees.

Cons: Dated, needed some refreshing.

Pros: Rooms are really nice. The beds are so comfy. Breakfast was yummy. Second time staying in this hotel and will definitely stay again when back in the area.

Excellent hotel to stay, near Toronto Airport

Pros: - We had a room with two queen size beds and the room was big and comfortable. The sofa in the room also could turn into another extra bed. - The room had a kitchenette which was a nice feature. - The gym wasn't too small and had enough equipment for basic workout - The complementary breakfast: I really enjoyed the assortments of nut and dry fruit for oatmeal porridge. - There was a soy milk option for coffee. I was very happy to see non-dairy option was provided. - Nice courtyard with tables and chairs. Propane BBQ for hotel guests to use to cook meals. - 15 minutes drive from Toronto airport

Cons: - I didn't have anything really bad to say. This is more like a wishlist, They had tea/coffee at the lobby 24/7 for guests. I wish they left the soy milk out. They took it away after the breakfast hour. It would be even better if they also had not only normal yoghurt, but also lactose free or non dairy yoghurt at the breakfast.

Pros: We stayed with our family for only one night. Overall, we liked the hotel, but we didn't have time to enjoy the pool. A room with a spacious bed, equipped with everything you need. Full breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Cons: The elevator seemed to need a little modernization.

Pros: It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. The room ambience and arrangement are superb. The buffet breakfast is excellent. Parking space is wide and easily available. The location is very convenient with easy access to airport most attractions.

Cons: Breakfast did seem to function well over weekend when there was more guests. They couldn't refill fast enough or didn't refill at all.
