GOOD FOR SHORT STAY AND AIRPORT CONECTION

Pros: The Shuttle service was ok after midnight. The Brekfast is a little expensive, the area is near to the airport but not easy access to stores or restaurants

Pros: As we were only there for 5 hours we missed out on the breakfast, but it was a very comfy bed. The shuttle broke down but was quickly replaced.

Very good. We will be back.

Pros: The room was clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is convenient to the airport and also to Hwy 401.

The staff were so lovely and genuinely friendly from the moment I arrived, which immediately made me feel welcome. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything I needed to rest properly before traveling again. The room was quiet and cosy, making it easy to relax and get some good sleep. Overall, a great place to rest up before an early flight. I’d happily stay again and would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a comfortable, stress-free stopover.

New Years Eve!

Pros: Huge thank you to the Staff on New years 3:00am Made a difficult situation easy with the Airline Cancelations . This team handled it very professionally down to the shuttle driver. Kudos and Happy New Year

Amazing Hotel

Pros: Room set up, warm cookies, friendly staff, overall neat and tidy hotel.

Cons: No complaints.

Good location

Pros: Everything was as it should be, didn't have breakfast as we left very early.

Cons: Shuttle driver was very hard to understand when we called from airport, and on our way to hotel he was very rude to a lady that called fir a pickup and he was also yelling at other cars as we proceeded to hotel, when we arrived at hotel driver again was rude as he expected a tip after we made no attempt to offer one. Our morning Shuttle was much better though.

Pros: great shuttle service, convenient for an airport stay for an overnight layover. The warm cookies when you check in are such a great bonus

Cons: the walls were pretty thin, that we could hear the neighbours and people in the hallway pretty easily
