Pros: Staff was great. Beds comfortable and clean. Close to the airport. Shuttle service was free and prompt

Cons: Absolutely nothing

Excellent hotel

Pros: The hotel is really good, smells so nice and the bedrooms are really good. It also has airport shuttle!

Cons: I liked everything

Pros: I like how the staffs were friendly and made it pretty easy to check in and how educated they were about the the different service options that I could add to my booking.

Cons: The parking lot, the spaces were limited.

Love the rooms. Staff need more training

Pros: The room was fantastic. The ned was a 9/10 for comfort and the cotton bedding was much appreciated in addition to 4 different pillows. After 32 hours of plane travel it was 100% needed. Having a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker was a bonus. The shower head was great too. The room contains everything you need for short term. Hooks to hang jackets, a large dresser and armoire. The pictures did the room justice. More creamers would be appreciated, but housekeeping was nearby and helpful.

Cons: I emailed the hotel very early in the booking. I let them know my son would be meeting me in Toronto. I was flying in from Singapore. No response. I emailed again telling them our pets would be accompanying him. I got a cost response, acceptable. I emailed again about letting my son in because my flight was delayed. Nothing. I can't call and my hands are tied with time change. In Vancouver, I call and got policy this, policy that. Finally, after stressing me out, they agreed. Yet the manager was able to send me messages about giving better scores. Well then, respond to my emails. The shuttle experience was not good with running to different levels. I finally found an airport person to g8ve me yhe correct information where to get the shuttle. Maybe staff should get themselves picked up there with the information they have me dressed in clothing from a hot country.

Pros: The staff were all super friendly. Food in the restaurant was also very good. The shuttle was easy to arrange from the hotel to the airport.

Cons: It was further than we expected to get to the hotel (20 minutes at least in the shuttle).

My stay was good. Would have been excellent with the issue with the keys

Pros: I like that the facility was clean and quiet. Taxi was easily accessible. Staff were polite.

Cons: The door cards didn't work. My colleague and I had to go to the reception multiple times to report this and even the alternative didn't work either. That was annoying and very inconvenient. Also staff told me the shuttle to the airport wasn't available because it hadn't been booked 3 hours prior to departure. That was disappointing.

Pros: Friendly staff and excellent location. Clean and welcoming.

Cons: The only thing I have to complain about the hotel is that there's a staff member, a lady, during breakfast that keeps harassing guests during the meal. As soon as you get to the restaurant she doesn't say \
