Very nice hotel with great staff, great service and free shuttle.

Pros: Everything was wonderful. The staff, communication, the rooms, like new hotel, I had a late arrival and I booked the shuttle ahead of time and then again upon arriving at the hotel for the next day. I had to stay in Toronto overnight due to my return flight from Cuba. The staff were great and very friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was great as well. There was no restaurant so I had to order in supper from outside which was fine

Cons: The location was a lot further than expected but it was no problem due to the free shuttle. I would stay again.

Pros: This is a wonderful hotel and accomplishes it purpose - airport hotel - with great success! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. They are SO helpful and pleasant. I really love staying at this hotel as I know I'm going to get great service and it's quite comfortable. I highly recommend it!

Pros: -Free pickup service from/to the airport -Cozy, bright and spacious room -Friendly staff, breakfast

Cons: -restaurants are not in walk distance. So, better to eat at the airport in advance or use Uber.

Pros: Great choices. Lots to choose from. Quite pleasantly unexpected. And all ready BEFORE 6!!!!

Cons: Wish I had been informed of the amazing choice of “instant foods” behind the check in counter. When we asked about the food options. We were travelling for a very long time and were hungry. They suggested a pizzeria that would deliver, and they did some 40 mins later.

Good value, close to airport

Pros: Front desk staff were warm and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, definitely great value for what I paid. Breakfast was available before 6am, which was great as I took the complimentary shuttle to the airport- it was nice to have some food before leaving. Definitely will stay again.
