Pros: Staff were excellent, very friendly, high customer service. The pool and slide, and being close to the airport were key reasons for us staying at the resort. Appreciate the staff for opening the slide.

Cons: The air con machine in the room was quite loud, and woke the family a few times during the night.

Feel comfortable living here

Pros: All staff nice and friendly, helpful, even swimming pool slides don’t open during week. My kids want use it, I ask staff, they can open for me during swimming pool open hours , free snacks in my room and have greetings cards on my room table swimming pool slide, 24hrs free coffee and hot chocolate , clean

Pros: Excellent coffee and tea available all the time. Bright clean breakfast area, very comfortable beds.

Cons: The location was a bit odd in the middle of warehouses,, but convenient to main arteries.

Pros: Beds a bit soft for my liking. Pet friendly at 30$ fee. Our room was on the top floor so it made it a hassle to go out with the door. The dog was not welcomed.ed at the breakfast lounge so we had to eat breakfast separately.

Pros: The staff were welcoming and friendly. The location was decent. The pool was at a good temperature, and the whirlpool was nice as well.

Cons: The air conditioner in the room didn't work very well, the room was still very hot even after being on all day. The random pool closure with no warning was inconvenient.
