Pros: The room was super clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were pleasant and very helpful.

Pros: Facilities were nice, clean and spacious Cleaning staff was really nice and was making sure we had everything.

Cons: Front desk staff at check in was not very welcoming Girl looked very unhappy helping us at check in No smile, no description for the property or no description provided for the different facilities in the property I had to ask about Breakfast and she took my credit card and simply asked me to insert in the debit machine without explaining that there will be security deposit. No eye contact. Did not feel very welcoming at the check in On other hand check out guy was really nice, welcoming and helpful Iron in the room wasn’t working, which was ok as we managed

Pros: Our front desk clerk, Joseph, went above and beyond to make sure our hotel stay was as satisfactory and comfortable as possible even after the facilities weren't up to standards. We will definitely return after this incredible service we received. Thank you Joseph

Cons: Problem with pool area. Water leaking from ceiling.

Pros: The staff was very attentive and took care of any little problem. The location was easy to get to and had parking. The beds were super comfy and everything was clean.

Cons: I had an overcharge on my credit card, but the staff took care of it immediately.

Beautiful hotel at a great price

Pros: Room was beautiful and clean. The beds and pillows were sooooo comfy. Linton was an absolute gem. He was so friendly and kind - a definite asset to the hotel.

Cons: Nothing! We had a great stay. If anything, it was too short, and we'd love to come back again.

Pros: Hotel was clean and modern. Staff was kind and helpful. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and has modern finishes. Overall nice experience.

Great place to stay!

Pros: Everything was great, staff, service, room, location, parking was on site. Our bathroom sink, was plugged, it was fixed in no time! Couldn't ask for a more personable group of people to deal with. Great location, only 15 mins away from Square One!

Cons: The morning clerk didn't look very friendly, we didn't deal with her, but she looked grumpy every time we saw her.

Pros: We only stayed there for one night and it was lovely. No issues at all. Clean spacious rooms.
