Pros: Initial room booked had deficits that could not be resolved immediately ( weekend) and Reception accommodated by providing an excellent alternative for my comfort. This was very much appreciated by this weary traveler..

Cons: Frequent visitor to the Guest House and it was my most peaceful retreat.in a difficult time.

Good Value for the Price, near Western University

Pros: Large practical room with own bathroom and kitchen (large fridge, microwave, dishwasher). Overall clean. Close to Western University (about 30 minutes walk or less, depending on which institute/faculty you need to go to). Reasonable price. Good value for the price.

Cons: The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (a few hair were still there). There was no shampoo and no shower gel. There was no housekeeping service throughout my 3-night stay (towels and linen were not exchanged). The (relatively small) TV only offered some series on CTV, but no live TV channels to watch the news. Breakfast amenities are about 20-30 minutes walking distance away. As the name suggests, it's \

Pros: This is a perfect location in proximity to University Hospital. Our room was very clean and we were very happy with the price. This was our second stay at the Guest House because of surgeries. If we need to visit London again we would not hesitate to stay here again

Cons: We have no complaints

overall positive stay

Pros: - the room we had was huge - the room had a fridge and AC - staff was super friendly - they kindly let us part pay the first day only - they kindly let us extend the check out time by an hour

Cons: - the bedding (pillow & blanket) were a bit musty / smelling old - the listing mentioned free toiletries but it was lackluster, didn't expect only face soap - the listing mentioned socket near bed, there was only at one of 3 beds a socket - minimal amount of toilet paper stocked, a roll more and it would've been optimal

A peaceful oasis from the trials of the world.

Pros: Location was quiet and peaceful. The hotel itself was secure and I felt safe after a couple of terrible experiences with Airbnbs.

Cons: The a/c was old and did not cool the room as much as I would have liked.

Beautiful location. close to downtown. Has everything we need for a one nite stay.

Pros: I stay here because of the location. THe rooms are adequate but a different scent in the laundry would be nice as the sheets smell like BO. Again, I stay here for the location. Staff are always friendly. TV always needs attention from the staff - usually a remote is missing. Beautiful location with the trees. Love the location.

Cons: the smell of the sheets - repeatedly washed with low grade detergent - just add some booster stuff to it i'm sure that will help. Oh and the price jumping $30 was a downer but still be cheaper - idk - i stay here for the location.
