Nice weekend get away.

Pros: Hotel is good with great location staff are all nice and friendly. Very Convenient attached to convention center and Union Station. Azure offers a great breakfast buffet and amazing servers.

Cons: I just find it a bit higher price when we stayed.

Staff was increible and dave at the front desk made us feel so welcomed.

Pros: Breakfast was amazing. The lady that made my omelet was singing while she cooked was fabulous. Ordered pepperoni pizza for dinner it was very good.

Cons: They need a ramp that goes to the main doors from the restaurant.

Pros: The Club lounge was very convenient with very good meal options. Breakfast and snacks (more like a full meal) were both excellent and exceeded expectations. Health club facilities were good although we didn't use. The location was excellent being very close to Union Station (we came in by train) and the fact that you could walk everywhere (including Scotia Bank Place as we came in for a Raptors game) without going outside in the wind and the cold. Ardiz at the front desk was very accommodating at check in and we sure appreciated it. She even arranged a bottle of champagne and a late check out for our anniversary.

Cons: The wording on the different room options was very misleading (I thought) when it came to the Club Lounge benefits and led to the bill being quite a bit higher than originally anticipated. There was pricing for a regular room and then further down on the Booking.com website there was a price for being on the \

Great stay, and great location. Will definitely go back to the Intercontinental next time we are in Toronto

Pros: It was clean, great facilities, including the pool and gym. Staff on level 8 in the club were excellent. Great block out blinds in the rooms for a great sleep, very comfortable beds. Meals in the club on level 8 were great. Great location.

Exceeded all our expectations, close to everything you would want to see and do!

Pros: The room was so spacious and beautifully modern yet cozy and retro. The staff were always friendly, thoughtful and so attentive. They sent us complimentary champagne and cute dessert for our anniversary Loved the pool, hot tub and cold plunge. The Christmas decorations in the lobby were stunning! Well worth every penny!
