Exceptional

Pros: Incredible hotel, amazing staff - our thanks to May who looked after us. Extreme professionalism as you would expect from Nobu. Refreshing to be in a top quality hotel that actually provides dyson hairdryers, straighteners, steamers etc. so many charge the prices and have rubbish accessories. Not Nobu, would 100% recommend. A sense of calmness to everyone.

Amazing new hotel with a 5 star boutique feel

Pros: Great location, and almost brand new hotel. Boutique feel, we had a suite which was enormous and very luxuriously appointed including a gas fire and fancy electronic japanese toilets.

Cons: The breakfast room is a bit small and lacks windows so you can be a bit too close to other guests.

Luxury at its finest.

Pros: The room was spotless and luxurious. The amenities offered were amazing and the views from our corner suite were phenomenal. Breakfast was delightful, especially, the decadent French toast...worth every bite!! Nobu restaurant had an amazing vibe. The food and service were outstanding. Our Nobu Hotel stay was memorable and we can't wait to return.

Pros: The staff was incredible. They offered us water cold towels and tea when we were checking in. They also walked us through the room showing us the different options. Will be staying here again 100%

Excellent hotel - a delightful calm in a busy city!

Pros: From entering the beautiful door, the service was excellent. Reception staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. We were personally shown to our room. The room was lovely! The welcome treats were enjoyed. Breakfast was delightful. Wide menu choices, and gluten free was not a problem. The presentation was excellent, and the breakfast room ambience was a very pleasant start to the day. Would definitely return to Nobu Toronto. It was a definite highlight to our Canadian holiday!

Pros: We had an amazing stay and the complimentary upgrade to a beautiful room with stunning city and lake views made our stay extra special. The atmosphere is stylish and the Nobu restaurant was simply outstanding

Cons: The breakfast area could be improved, and the service, while friendly, was not always at the professional level expected from such a luxury hotel
