Serving you from AM to PM, the menu includes everything from fresh home-made bakeries and brews, sandwiches, and salads available until 4pm, post which the café transforms into a Wine Bar with Aperitivo evenings. Pros: We stayed on the lub loo and ate in the private dinign room every day. The service was extraoridary with the servers remember my drink and how I liked it prepared. Also the bell staff as we were about to order a taxi to go to dinner sugested we take the hotel car - a porche SUV - instead free of charge! We also took the hotel SUV to the airport for a great price. Servie was above and beyond!! and the besds were the most comy I have every know with a coplete black out room and zero noice! Thank you! I would reccomend 100%!

5 star experience in the best location in Toronto.

Pros: This hotel has the best location in Toronto. Just minutes walk from Union Station, CN Tower and anywhere in Downtown Toronto it is the perfect place to stay. The hotel gives a 5 star experience throughout with an amazing feeling from check in to check out. The rooms are spacious, and full of every amenity you could need from fridges, to comfy beds and beautiful grand bathrooms. The shower and bath were truly excellent. We loved the brilliant touches like the evening turn down service and it was exceptional how good the attention to detail was. The spa was lovely and perfect to relax after a busy day in Toronto. I’ve travelled across 4 continents and could honestly say one of my favourite city hotels.

Cons: The internal decor wasn’t quite to our taste but that is a very personal thing. Overall still a fantastic hotel

Pros: It’s a super hotel with a good gym and pool. Our room was fantastic with a lovely lounge area, desk and very spacious bathroom . The bed linen , towels and gowns were very luxurious .

Cons: We were not a fan of where it is. It’s far from lots of the great areas to visit . It’s in the business area.

Pros: Very attentive staff. Room was exceptionally clean with a lot of space for two people. The Bed was unbelievably comfortable. The washroom was like having your own spa.

Pros: Absolutely everything, from the smell of the hotel to the amazing welcoming staff. Worth every dollar and the best hotel to book. I have never felt more relaxed and happy with everything I received. Money was definitely worth spent and everything was very well done. I can not wait to go back!!

Pros: Staff was close to perfect. The room was very comfortable.

Cons: There was no game room for the kids. It could be useful on a rainy day. The options of 'treasures' on the treasure hunt should not include candy. I informed the staff that no candy was allowed but they still kept this choice for my kids. It was not a deal breaker but it's also an easy fix for next time.
