Excellent stay, wish there were more hotels like this.

Pros: Lovely atmosphere, staff excellent except for one lady serving afternoon tea who was very slack, so busy chatting while our tea was getting cold while we waited for her to bring milk which we requested twice.

Spa weekend, see you again!

Pros: The staff were the most professional & warm/friendliest people- round-the-clock. Everything from our check-in, to turn-down, to when I lost my watch (they found it), late night Uber delivery, breakfast service... it was a great stay

Cons: I wish there was lighting & some type of awning for rain on the terrace in our room. That would have really stepped our room to another level! But that said, still an excellent room!
