Pros: 10/10! The place was clean, facilities were up to standard and the staff were very welcoming as well as beyond helpful with every enquiry.

Pros: location was good for our activities -valet parking was excellent since your parking facilities wasn't

Cons: hours on pool area need to be extended -need map in room of local businesses -tv was use less unless you paid for programs -no microwave -no radio for music

Pros: The view and location. Usable mini fridge. Clean and well maintained.

Cons: More functioning elevators. We walked down the stairs from the 22nd floor after waiting for an elevator for 20 min. Also would have liked a microwave in the room.
