Pros: This hotel is gorgeous, and the service is magnificent from warm customer service and cookies at the desk to a warm goodbye by a lovely house keeper named Shukmar. I definitely recommend it!!!!

Our stay was excellent and very welcoming.

Pros: From the moment we walked thru the doors all of the staff made you feel special. It was very clean and secure. The location was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who was looking for a great place to stay.

Cons: There is nothing that I didn't like.

Pros: We came in very late in the middle of the night after a deleyd flight and everyone very tired .The staff let us have a late check out witch made a diffrenece. 😉

Great place in general

Pros: That we have a warm swimming pool and the location of the hotel.

Cons: I have a truck with a cap on it and I couldn't use the parking so I had to park a bit far and walk to the hotel. Our luck was not good because it was the worst snow storm in these two days.
