Pros: Excellent location with easy walking to various other dining options, exceptional staff. Room was a great size

The hotel that exceeded our expectations.

Pros: We had a very comfortable clean suite that had all the toiletries you needed, great room service, excellent location, and close to shops and supermarkets. Being close to Scotia Square made it easy to get around on the trains and the subway. Parking was easy. Staff were great and the check-in was superb. They send someone up with you to show you the room.

Cons: Can’t think of anything.

Pros: Location and comfort in the room. Front desk staff were friendly and supportive at all times.

Cons: I didn't like the response from booking.com, it was very slow. Especially when I contacted the customer service through priority messaging system on the website. Housekeeping minor issues required improvement in the hotel but was often addressed very quickly by the hotel staff.

very memorable weekend seeing a fab concert staying at one of the best hotels in the world

Pros: beautiful suite with a view down to the lake; very helpful staff who went the extra mile (brought a couple of nice teddies to the room for the girls), nice cultural touches like the sabrage at 6pm, excellent location for going to Taylor Swift at the Rogers Centre and also shopping at the Eaton centre.

Cons: can't think of anything except tumbledown came into our room at 8pm on the first night when we were already in bed asleep from a long trip - we forgot to put on privacy please.

Excellent stay in a great central location.

Pros: The room was well equipped. The staff were extremely helpful especially the concierge and porters.

Cons: The finer detail of room preparation could have been better. We found a couple of items on the floor on arrival and the floor needed a better vacuum.

An exquisite awesome place to stay.

Pros: This was our first trip to Toronto. We were so happy to explore some of the highlights of this city. The room was amazing. We splurged and made this a trip of the utmost comfort.

Cons: The bathroom tissue was so thin. For such an exquisite hotel, my only recommendation would be to have a bit better quality bathroom tissue.

Very good hotel, real 5*

Pros: Nearly everything. Very good restaurant Louix Loui on the 31 floor. Fresh and comfortable rooms. A lot of elevators with low waiting time. Valet parking (fast & you could ask for the car simply scanning the barcode) Very good bathroom - beautifully designed and comfortable to use.

Cons: The air conditioning was not so powerful to have such a warm blanket)))
