Lovely Room, Great Staff

Pros: Excellent experience at the Omni King Edward. The clerk at check in was very accommodating, and upgraded our room to a King when we said one of us was not feeling well and might need more space. Room was lovely, location was perfect -- A short walk to our concert at Massey Hall on a very cold evening. Highly recommended, and we would certainly book there again.

Cons: Only drawback was the heating system was a bit noisy, but that's to be expected in such an old, historic building.

Excellent location, beautiful luxurious hotel with super friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Pros: Everything! It felt luxurious but comfortable and everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Cons: I was sad that there wasn’t a swimming pool. For some reason I thought that there was one. It would be a great asset to the property.

Luxurious stay in the heart of the city

Pros: The design of this hotel is exquisite...the rooms, the chairs, every single aspect of it was clearly designed by a team with a good eye. The service is exceptional, the rooms incredibly clean and quiet, the food at the restaurant is delicious, and the location is so ideal for a trip to Toronto. I would stay here again in a second.

Normal hotel

Pros: The lobby is very nice, the service was normal, breakfast was good, location is great. My room was quiet. It was clean.

Cons: Toronto hotels in general are expensive, I thought for the price this hotel would be exceptional and although it was good, I was not impressed (didn't have any bad experience either). It's renovated but some things feel old. The room was nice but felt old.

Great location to explore Toronto

Pros: Great location, also with public parking nearby. Good access to most of the sightseeing spots, many by foot, a few by bus. Rooms are spacious and well equipped.

Cons: Hotel bar suffers a bit on behaviour of waiters. Local beer was not explained and only offered on request.
