Nice hotel, great location, read the fine print!

Pros: The room was spacious and really lovely. Being able to have breakfast on the balcony over the courtyard was lovely but just know it’s directly across from an office that looks back.

Cons: I think the hotel facilities being women-only should have been more prominently advertised on booking.com. In the property details would be appropriate or as a caption in the photos of those facilities. I note we were messaged this by the hotel after booking (and as a reminder after it was too late to cancel). That said, we did book this hotel partly to be able to use the gym facilities during our stay so that was disappointing.

Pros: Everything was very good apart from breakfast, which was a bit disappointing. Fruit was past it’s best, orange juice was from carton and muffin was dry.

Pros: The breakfast was delicious. The pastries were fresh baked and divine.

Cons: The pool was down for maintenance. I wish they had told us before.

We really enjoyed our stay, perfectly located to walk to many Toronto highlights.

Pros: Great location, very private once you are in. We had an excellent room.

Cons: Breakfast is limited and our order came through 1 day, after that back to standard😂

Pros: We loved everything about our stay - breakfast on our patio, the bath salts and products, beautiful decor, and quick access to Secrette cocktail bar.

Pros: The room was gorgeous. The check in process was very relaxed and nice.

Cons: There’s a coffee shop next door with decent coffee. It’d be worth working out a deal with them.

Cons: a bit noisy from room upstairs but not enough to be bother us

Great stay, not far from downtown. Room is wonderful with an amazing bed.

Pros: Lovely room, and building. Facilities were great. My only comment would be about the breakfast, being the same everyday and getting 3 pastries when there are 2 people, should 4 pastries :)

Cons: Coffee/tea facilities in the room would be better.
