Pros: Big rooms, small beds, reception staff helpful, breakfast had good variety

Short but worthwhile

Pros: The breakfast buffet was very good and staff was always available for support and to maintain cleanliness.

Cons: The heating in the room made it a bit stuffy, even when turned down.

Pros: One of the best (if not the best) hotels in Toronto. Comfortable, spacious and sparkling clean suites. Friendly and efficient staff. Great location (right at downtown core, near subway stations, the Eaton Centre, and many tourism attractions). All of this for a great price.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Pros: I love the location, within walking of some great restaurants and the Eaton centre for shopping. Yonge Street is also close if you want to explore. If you need a taxi they call you one right away. The separate bedroom with French doors is awesome and the space with a separate living room is well laid out. A kettle and Keurig coffee station was well stocked as were the selection of glasses. I would suggest larger coffee mugs however as they were quite small and more like espresso size. Overall wonderful stay!

Pros: Big room, good location, huge windows with good views of downtown. We were on the corner.

Cons: Our room was drafty and difficult to keep comfortable. Shower head is mounted too low at eye level.

A wonderful ,memorable stay with exceptional staff ,fantastic location and comfortable accommodation .

Pros: The hotel was close to the union station . You may find bars or restaurants nearby the hotel too. Receptionist were very helpful and accommodating . Checking in and checking out was fast and easy . The room was very clean and with complete amenities . Bed was super comfy .This hotel is highly recommended . I will surely stay in this hotel on my next visit to Toronto .

Pros: Loved the comfy environment, very nice looking place and it included breakfast. The room was nicely spaced out, everything was nice and clean. It is located in a very convenient area in downtown which makes it easily accessible to restaurants, hotspots, and transportation.

Cons: No plates or cutlery in the bar/kitchenette area, this is a bit of a handicapped situation, this is a hotel not a motel so I feel like things like forks, plates should be provided if people need to take their own food in the room. No water bottles in the room, water should at the very least be provided and be made able to be requested to the room. Guests shouldn't be having to go to the front desk for simple requests. Breakfast area needs to be a little bigger taking into account the number of guests that stay, a lot of people were standing around and it was uncomfortable to get by and grab food. The TVs should be made to be smart tvs or have a casting device and not locked into an on demand system, this isnt the early 2000s anymore people should be able to watch what they want by being able to cast their media.
