Pros: The breakfast sandwich Freddy's breakfast and the yogourt were all very good. The sauce on the egg and bacon sandwich was so good I asked the chef for the recipe

Pros: Good location close to the CN TOWER union station, clean comfortable bed, facilities in the room I could say to improve at least a bottle of water to put in the room, I was so surprised and I really liked the idea with the TV is the name of the customer when he enters the room, the breakfast was good tasty. I WAS THE FIRST TIME in Canada # 🇨🇦🇨🇦🙂

Pros: It was definitely an excellent choice! The staff was very attentive, with daily room service and towel changes. We had breakfast included and highly recommend the avocado toast, which is excellent! The location is great, just minutes from Union Station, Toronto City Hall, the CN Tower, and the Gooderham Building. It's also very well connected to other tourist attractions. Thank you!

Great choice right in the middle of town

Pros: Lovely staff, the hotel is pristine and renovated to a really high standard. Room was spacious and cosy. Comfortable bed, with kettle and TV in the room. Food for breakfast was a tad too expensive for what it was, but staff was fantastic throughout. Very close to subway, trams and PATH entrances.

Pros: The breakfast was lovely, ideally located near the Union Station, clean, friendly staff.

Cons: I was informed after we ate breakfast that my sons breakfast was not included, so I had to pay for his, even though I booked for 2 adults and 1 child.

Great location friendly staff and tasty food

Pros: Staff - friendly, helpful and very client - oriented Food was excellent. Lobby inviting and comfortable.

Cons: Tub / shower fixture not easy to operate (it was poorly made) and lamp in room switch not working. Windows drafts. Heating unit too old and loud.
