Pros: The front desk staff were helpful and pleasant The breakfast selection was excellent The location was perfect for our stay in Toronto. We were in a 15-20 min walk of our destinations.

Pros: It was very well localized in the heart of the city, ie Old Town. You can walk to Shopping centers at Eaton in 10-15 minutes and to St. Lawrence Market within 10 minutes. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Tea and coffee service 24 hours at the ground floor. Reception is very good and helping.

Cons: Rooms can be heated more or the snowstorm temperatures were too low to overwhelm conditioners during my visit to Toronto.

Great central location

Pros: The location in downtown was amazing. Walking distance to almost everything. The breakfast was pretty alright too. The on-site laundry a god send.

Cons: The water pressure was terrible but as the only negative, not a deal breaker.

Enjoyed my stay! I don’t regret choosing this hotel.

Pros: Great location for tourists. Rooms and the general facility were clean. The staff are super nice and helpful. Fantastic view from room. Proximity to malls and major attractions in Toronto. There were lots and varieties of restaurants around to choose from. Oh and was excited about Marley, delivering items to us.

Cons: Breakfast didn’t have a lot of variety.

Would stay again

Pros: Everything went smoothly and staff were kind and attentive.

Cons: That parking isn't included, this wasn't a cheap hotel. No extra liners for the ice bucket, or tongs for it. We had a complimentary extended checkout but the key cards stopped working at 11am so we had to walk a bit extra to get back to the hotel to check out from the parking lot.
