Fantastic location

Pros: Proximity to the Eaton center, food options and subway stops. Room was clean and spacious, with the luxury of a kitchen.

Cons: Guest services was slow when we phoned to request items. Several hours later and still didn't show up. Bed and pillows were just ok.

Pros: Staff. Pella was very welcoming and I enjoyed a free upgrade.

Cons: A couple things missed cleaning the room and the water pressure in the shower.

Pros: The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the train stations or shopping centre. Staff were lovely and the room (King room) was a good size.

We were only there for a few hours but we were impressed!

Pros: Central location, ease of checkin, friendly, helpful, smiling staff, engaging bartender

Cons: Couldn't figure how to raise the temp in the room was too cold for us.

Pros: Great location, and check-in with Paul was excellent. Location is central for us to attend the theater and do some seasonal shopping. Unfortunately, there is no room service, and my online restaurant menu was different from my daughter's. We eventually picked upbexcellent fish andchips.There was no sugar for the in room tea and coffee. The TV wasn't Smart, so I couldn't cast my streaming apps. No sheers on the windows, yet it faced an office building, so no privacy if you wanted daylight. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I would return.

Pros: - good location, in the downtown area - good breakfast, a la carte - spacious room

Cons: - if you are in a hurry, thinking that you would just grab something and run - big mistake; the breakfast is good, but the service is slow.

Wonderful family break

Pros: A really nice hotel and such a lovely room with all you needed. Plenty of places nearby too, including the Eaton Centre. Amazing staff! So polite and so professional as well as always willing to help if needed. A great location for getting around the city too as you are minutes from Queen Station.

Cons: No complaints at all.
