Great hotel and location

Pros: The location is excellent. The breakfast delivered to our room was great. The staff were all lovely.

Cons: The pool area during the deep winter is not at all enjoyable. The wind was blowing through the indoor area and the pool was not at all warm. I was so cold just sitting there. No hot tub. We had to book elsewhere for a second night to enjoy a pool and hot tub experience.

Pros: The location from Union Station was perfect . We arrived at noon and our room was ready . Very close to King St theatres . Room very clean and beds very comfortable with ample pillows .

Cons: No whipcream for my Irish coffee in the lounge area .

Pros: The view is very nice (of course if you like city view). The 43 floor lounge is exceptional! Staff incredible! The bed are really comfortable and the location is connected to the path so you can easily reach a lot of locations in downtown without going out if it is too cold outside

Cons: The pool was too cold for the winter for me, but I have seen a lot of people used it so, it is really personal

Excellent hotel, great for business and leisure stay

Pros: Everything was amazing! The hotel was spotless, the room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect, next to toronto sign and just a short walk to the Eaton Centre mall and Yonge-Dundas. A special shoutout to the housekeeping team for keeping our room tidy and spotless every day! It felt so nice to return to a clean, comfortable room after a long day at work. On our last day, we had to check out early to explore the city, and the staff kindly stored our luggage safely for us. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Pros: The location is amazing. The staff were consistently excellent! Kenneth, valet, was incredibly kind and helpful and went above and beyond. The pool is lovely and we would definitely stay again! Thank you.
