One King West Hotel and Residence

Pros: Perfect location, helpful & accommodating staff, all the amenities were great, beautiful city view. Loved our short stay!

Cons: Wish they offered slippers and robes in every room

Pros: We were greeted by friendly staff on arrival and the lobby area was nicely decorated. Check-in was seamless and we were asked about our preference for a floor. You have to pay a deposit upon arrival but it is refunded after you check-out. The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely view of the CN Tower. It was very quiet, absolutely no noise which was lovely, and definitely tranquil. The Guest Service Team were quick to respond to my request of additional coffee. The TV had my name on which I thought was a very nice touch! The bed was very comfy and the toiletries in the room were great quality. I also liked that each room was called a \

Cons: Personally I would have liked a bath but I think perhaps that's only certain rooms and you have to pay extra. The restaurant menu is on the TV. That was fine for me and I'm sure they would provide paper copies upon request but worth noting if you don't like using technology such as (e.g.,) QR codes etc. It's a little expensive but you pay the premium for being in central Toronto and it is a nice hotel.

Pros: The room was wonderful. Views were great. Bed was comfortable and shower was great.

Superb hotel in a great location

Pros: Impressive hotel in a great location , staff are lovely and the facilities in the room were really good. We loved the hotel’s history and the features through the hotel. The bar is impressive.

Cons: The sofa bed was old and uncomfortable

Pros: The bistro was amazing. Food was incredibly good and at an excellent price point. Also the coffee shop attached to the hotel had great coffee and pastries .

Pros: All the staff were friendly. The rooms, lobby and all facilities are clean. The location is good and right in the middle of the city centre, Everything was accessible.

Excellent access to the PATH system and rarely had to go outdoors. Central convenient location.

Pros: Requested a high floor and got exactly what I expected. Beautiful view.

Cons: Small tight bathroom.
