Cosy warm and Comfortable.

Pros: My initial experience was of shock because the hotel was going through renovation. My room itself was cosy,clean and comfortable. My stay was comfortable. The stuff were really helpful. I cannot fault my stay there. Cosy,comfortable and warm. Would recommend.

Cons: Nothing really. Common sense would say renovations are necessary to keep things fresh. So I figured downstairs entrance was work in progress.

Pros: The location & price were great. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly & helpful.

Cons: Only one of the two elevators were working and the one that worked was very slow, not a big deal really.

Wonderful

Pros: The place was amazing, with an incredible view. Everything was perfect. My only regret is not having been able to stay longer!

Cons: Everything was great overall. Just a small note: a few basic kitchen items (scissors, knives, bowls) were missing, and the TV didn’t allow access to apps like Netflix or YouTube.

A perfectly enjoyable stay with plenty of shops nearby.

Pros: The room was spacious and the CN Tower view was incredible. The location is excellent and very convenient overall. While nearby construction made access a bit challenging at times, the area was still well maintained, clean, and pleasant.

Cons: The CN Tower view was incredible. Despite being right in downtown, the area was wonderfully quiet at night, which made the stay very relaxing. Overall, everything about the experience was great.

Ok apartment in a good location

Pros: Apartment looked nicer in photos but is generally fine. It’s in a very good location for exploring downtown. Staff were always very friendly

Cons: Booked an apartment mainly for the kitchen, but the kitchen here had very little of use. Had to call the front desk to get a frypan, and was told they were all being used. Got one eventually, but not when I needed it to make dinner.

Great stay in a great location.

Pros: Location was great and it provided parking at a good rate. The staff where really good, friendly and informative.

Cons: There was only one lift working, which was annoying and there were road works on the street, which can not be helped.

Pros: Room was very well equipped and was nice to be able to see the CN tower so close and clear.

Cons: No extra toilet paper in facilities.

Great location with good rooms and great staff

Pros: Check in was easy and the staff are friendly. Even with an early arrival, they stored our bags while we toured the city and notified us when the room was available. The room was spacious and nice and clean. We appreciated the washer with separate dryer during our long trip. The location is excellent. Comfortable bedding and quiet at night. Its a little hidden in a small street but that's where we'll stay when in Toronto. Communication with the hotel is very good, even when you leave stuff behind! Thanks Flora and housekeeping.

Cons: The city is bright at night so some block out drapes would help.
