Union Hotel

Pros: Great location, staff were lovely and the cafe was great!!

Cons: The heater in the room was very loud… we ended up turning it off to be able to sleep and the room still stayed warm which was nice.

Lovely place and superb location

Pros: Love the lobby. The fireplace, the couch feels so warm and cosy in the wet winter. Room small but well equipped. Lovely design, big TV. Cute kettle. Beautiful designed bathroom, great shower.

Cons: The room was a bit small. A bit lack of signs. I couldn't find the breakfast area and the gym, had to ask the staff. The staff was super helpful tho

Pros: The room was decently sized, no more than that. and they did the best they could with it. I think i'ven never seen a TV that size so close to bed, we could probably use it as tanning bed with that TV

Cons: Washroom was a bit tight, i appreciate the design of it but it was tight

Pros: This is a very clean hotel. Rooms are small but have comfy beds.

Cons: Rooms are small. I ordered 2 beds on Expedia but got a single queen bed upon registration. Front staff were not flexible to assist in getting 2 beds.

Pros: Great location. the bed was super comfortable! I love the interesting artwork in our room - not the usual bland hotel decor

Exceeded expectations

Pros: The service was excellent, reception was super helpful when we had to add an extra night stay due to our flight being cancelled. Everything we wanted to visit/do was in walking distance which I hand't even realised prior to booking. The bed was super comfortable and the dressing gowns were an added bonus.

Cons: The only downside was the noise of the heating coming on in the room, there were times it woke me up during the night but was very minor in comparison to the positives of our stay.

Pros: Fabulous hotel close to everything in downtown Toronto. Easy to access great for exploring the city. The light switch on either side of the bed was convenient. Bathroom was amazingly sleek and shower was amazing. The lobby was beautifully styled and offered great spots to hangout or work if you didn't want to do it in your room. The Cafe in the lobby may have had a small selection but was delicious and convient. Would stay there again next time I'm in toronto.

Cons: Rooms are on the small side but if you're just using it to sleep at night it was superbly clean and comfortable.

Pros: Was good location only there for 1 night and close to union station....room was ok size too

Cons: what was shocking was the number of people co working there, wasnt sure if they were all guests staying or just outsiders....was a bit odd
