Pros: Went to a concert in winter and its attached to scotia arena through an indoor walk way . So it was nice to be able to leave coat behind in January

Worth The View

Pros: The view was nice. Everything was simple to navigate throughout the hotel. The food was good. The pool area was great with the view. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel location was great being in the hub of the waterfront.

Cons: The room wasn't fully clean, found used toothbrush tucked under the bed. Beds were a little uncomfortable in being to hard. The biggest thing would be the extreme allergic reaction to the in room body was and shampoo/conditioner. It resulted in needing medical attention.

Spacious well appointed room - very slow check in

Pros: Great location, spacious well appoiinted room and good standard hotel facilities

Cons: Check in took such a long time. Peak check in period and only one agent at the desk. Several guests waiting. Friendly but had issues understanding our reservation through booking.com and the lack of energy or interest was disappointing.

It was excellent and very accommodating

Pros: The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and the view was OK. We had the view of the trains. We couldn't hear much of them but it would have been a nicer view if there was a different side to be on. The location was awesome. Lots of things within walking distance, including both stadiums and things to do.

Cons: My only complaint is that we didnt have room service staff come in and clean until the 3rd or so day. And I wish we had at least one meal included with our stay.

The hotel is of high standard on all fronts.

Pros: The hotel is ideally located close to all of the important downtown Toronto landmarks. It is also part of the PATH network, and you can walk to Union Station within 10 minutes. The room looked out towards the lake and you get an incredible sight, especially at night.

Cons: There is nothing to change and I mean it!

Huge, modern, comfortable hotel facing CN Tower

Pros: Great location. Great views from room/bathroom. Very helpful staff, with quick responses/resolutions to all requests.

Cons: Rooms on the smaller side. Low water pressure in sink and shower. Small number of elevators for size of skyscraper, so sometimes queuing system was initiated. But would still recommend.
