Bed was super comfy great hotel

Pros: The bed was super comfy they put us on the higher floor for a water view room

Cons: It was 60 dollars for vallet parking that was ridiculous

Pros: Lake view was excellent. We were upgraded to queen beds at no charge which was very much appreciated. Staff were very friendly.

Cons: There was an issue with the toilet not flushing properly, which I'm sure was fixed after we reported it at checkout.

Perfect, relaxing, comfortable.

Pros: Extremely clean, friendly staff beds and pillows were exceptional. Breakfast was terrific. don Alfonso restaurant was beautiful and food amazing!

Cons: Nothing except perhaps the location for a winter storm

Great location, good motel would go again but was annoyed with the check in and out.

Pros: One room was close together the other was not. So it was partially ok. The rooms that were close together had a great view! The breakfast was good that was included.

Cons: They mixed the names up on the reservations and mischarged us. It took us 30 minutes to check in and then they made a mistake and we had to go back for another 20 minutes. Our invoices were completely mixed up with wrong charges.

Cons: The charging point was not working properly and the coffee machine and stuff was in the washroom.

Great place to stay very comfortable beds.

Pros: Great location, very helpful staff. They gave us a 2pm check out as we were not fly home to Australia until 7pm that night. Very festive Christmas decorations, loved them all.

Cons: Nothing.
