Great hotel in an excellent location.

Pros: Great location right by Union station, Excellent staff, very clean and lovely room.

Cons: Very noisy for awhile after the basketball game next door finished... but it did quiet down later. Otherwise a perfect choice.

Great hotel and location

Pros: Perfect location right next to Union station and near main attractions. Room was large, comfortable and clean. Being from the UK, I was pleased to see a kettle in the room!

Cons: I did have to move rooms as I was facing the main street which was incredibly noisy all night with traffic. However, moving rooms was no trouble at all and the staff were very obliging.

Awesome stay!

Pros: Fantastic service at the restaurant. The bedding was fantastic. The room was awesome. I liked the ceramic filtered water that was available. The personel was kind and courteous. I had an awesome stay!

Cons: There was a panel to select the lighting that was producing light during the night. I suggest adding a cover for it. But it's just a detail!

Le Germain for a Trini

Pros: The hotels aesthetics, ease of access to amenities, transportation and very friendly and accomodating staff especially Zento and Gosia

Cons: Rooms temperature control was not responsive. Remained at 22C despite changing multiple times

Central location but you can hear the traffic

Pros: The hotel is central, not too far a walk and as a single woman not a lonely walk either.

Cons: One downside is it can get very noisy.

Pros: Great location. Fantastic staff. Beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable!!

Cons: I thought buffet breakfast could have been better. Eggs were closer to cold than warm. I would not hesitate to stay here again next time I'm in Toronto.
