Pros: Excellent well appointed large room. Very efficient and friendly staff. Located in downtown Toronto.

Cons: Despite being on the 15th floor, it was still noisy. City life, eh.

Pros: Your staff were exceptional...from the gentleman at check in to your porters who observed we Had a family member in a wheelchair with oxygen and offered to help us by getting a trolly and loading our luggage and oxygen equipent, to the gentlemen who helped us with directions so very thorough and caring......to the young lady at checkout...thank you very much!

Great location! Comfy beds!

Pros: Location was great! The Christmas atmosphere was really good being so far from home and we loved Santa visiting! Great to see!

Cons: Laundry facilities would have been a definite plus! The laundry across the road charge charged over $100 AUD to do our laundry! Even if you offered a discount voucher for the laundry would be great!
