Pros: Really friendly staff at the desk and the concierge. Clean nice rooms, good value and close to downtown and public transport from right out the front.

Cons: Gets a bit busy at check in time but the staff were super quick getting everyone checked in

Pros: Great location in the heart of Toronto. Staff were super lovely and helpful letting us check in early as we were exhausted! Bed was really comfy and room very clean.

Pros: - swimming pool: that's my second time staying at this hotel. the previous time, I didn't manage to try out the pool, but this time I visited it. It was pleasent, I give it 8/10. The opening hours are convenient. Towels are included. One-time use slippers were free to grab at the reception - room: there was plenty of room to store my clothes, convenient sockets, comfortable pillows - lobby: comfortable sofas, fast and convenient computers, convenient souvenir store

Cons: There weren't any vegetable options for the breakfast

Nice option to stay in the city

Pros: Room was nice and comfortable. Personnel was friendly. The hotel is well connected to metro station, and easy to walk to some attractions.

Very good location to visit Toronto for a few days, if you are not noice sensible.

Pros: The employees were verify friendly. Breakfast was good, but only cafe americano, no other coffee specialities.

Cons: Thin windows, AC was not able to cool below 22 Celsius.

Pros: Loved the temp of the pool. It was easy for Uber rides. The staff did a great job picking rooms for us. 3 of us came the 2 guys had rooms next to each other and we were on the floor with the pool which they were very excited about. Great service.

Cons: The TV guide not working on the TV did make it harder to put something on. But not a big deal.
