The location and comfort of this property helped us to have an excellent stay.

Pros: The location is excellent with a train station just opposite and lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, and Harley was very welcoming.

Wonderful stay

Pros: Harley contacted me prior to my arrival to confirm my ETA and it was really easy to get in touch with him. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfy and the bathroom was impeccable. I highly recommend staying there and it's close to all the commodities.

Great location to get around Toronto

Pros: The building was super cute and the room was lovely. Extremely clean and comfortable, fantastic shower. Very close to subway station and lots of cafes, shops nearby. Harley the property manager was incredible, nothing too much trouble, lots of info about the area, I was able to leave my luggage after checkout. The building was secure with pincode locks on front door and rooms. There was a stop for the Hop on Hop off bus right nearby and I used the subway alot.

Cons: Unfortunately it was situated in an area I didn't really like as a solo female traveller. Lots of homeless/ mentally ill men loitering around, one was even sitting on the hotel steps when I came out one time plus they were begging outside and even inside food places. I didn't feel comfortable going out at night after I tried to find a restaurant on my first night. I ate elsewhere or took takeaway to my room. I'd probably be ok if I'd stayed there with my husband. Being in the basement I could hear/feel the trains going in and out of the station til around 1am. The room was quite dark, perhaps the rooms upstairs are lighter. It was very hot, I turned the radiator off completely.

IT was a great stay and enjoyable

Pros: The location is superb. It is very close to to main TTR station about 50m and closed to Yonge street where we can find any sort of food an necessities needed. The room might be a little bit small but it is is good enough for night sleep. La TUMU Harley is very nice, helpful and responsive if any help or info required.

Cons: The room could be a little bit small.

Great cost-benefit to explore all Toronto has to offer

Pros: Super easy to arrive, the room was clean, organized. Good shower and bathroom. Big Tv. The wi-fi is good. Harley is super easy going and an excellent host. All of that for a great price!

Excellent location, comfortable property!

Pros: Location! A truly excellent location with an amazing variety of food on the doorstep and wonderful places to explore within walking distance. There’s also a subway train just across the road (which goes to Union Station). The room has a comfortable bed and pillows, air con and a nice bathroom. I didn’t get around to using it but there was a new coffee pod machine which Harley kindly had prepared. Harley was welcoming and provided concise check in instructions.

Cons: Again, the location is excellent…. the room is comfortable and clean but basic with no bar fridge, hair dryer, daily service (for a 4 night stay), or staff on site that I saw. I’ve no doubt Harley would have been available if necessary. There’s no tv unless you can use your own streaming services (we couldn’t access ours, so no tv) .

Pros: Everything look clean and pristine. Beautiful antique house.

Cons: Roon too small, and barely could open my luggage. Probably optimize the space taking/relocating the furniture. Little detail

Pros: velmi dobrá dostupnost do centra, v blízkosti stanice metra, restaurace vč. možností snídaně, pěšky do centra 25 min., čistý pokoj, koupelna, WC, milý a ochotný hostitel, na pokoji kávovar, ubytování vhodné na přespání a celodenní prohlídku Toronta, vstup na kód

Cons: velmi malý pokoj pro 2 osoby, není kam dát zavazadla, bez úložného prostoru, menší dům je nenápadný a lze snadno přehlédnout, není denní úklid
