Pros: Very nice, rather new hotel in a nice area of Toronto with restaurants and shops nearby. Staff was very nice and the rooms, fitness area and pool were very nice.

Cons: The person at the main door asked us too often to leave a review. There is a quite high amount blocked on the credit card to cover potential room damage. This was blocked twice on my card, due to an error at the front desk and blocked quite some money on my card for more than a week.

Great hotel and location providing everything we needed.

Pros: Great hotel with a beautiful spacious room. Work trip meant that we both needed to work from the hotel as well as from another location and this fullfilled all our needs.

Cons: Resturant menu was limited. Breakfast was amazing but we ended up eating away from the hotel most evenings.
