Pros: We loved having our own kitchen, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a dining-sized table on wheels. It made the space even more comfortable and perfect for celebrating the New Year together.

Pros: The location was great for what we needed - it was close to shopping and dining options. Parking onsite was convenient. Rooms were well maintained and clean.

Cons: This is minor but the front desk did not have change for quarters or loonies to use the laundry machines. We recommend stocking some extra change so guests can use the washer/dryer.

Pros: The staff at breakfast was excellent. I didn't get his name; but he was on July 4th morning shift. He went an extra mile to get us fruits that we asked for, constantly clearing our plates & utensils. The front desk staffs were helpful. The cleaning staff was efficient.

Cons: The common area like the corridors, the room are pretty dated. Need some freshing up, especially the walls

Pros: Super clean, super comfortable, kind and helpful staff. Kitchinette is more of a full on kitchen! With dishwasher, full sized fridge, stove top, pots, pans, plates, peeler, you name it! Breakfast included and a beautiful view too! And all for an affordable price. What's not to like?

Cons: It is a 30 minute drive to downtown without traffic. So a car is needed. But I think this is pretty good distance given the price and that it's Toronto.

Pros: Service was amazing and the rooms were very clean. Lots of space in the suites, we loved this.

Cons: there was no breakfast or coffee options when leaving at 6am.

I enjoyed it. It was at the city center. Near the union metro.

Pros: The breakfast was nice but i wish they were changing the options.

Cons: The restaurant didnt open 24/7 I had to buy lunch outside because the restaurant only opened for breakfast and dinner (5pm-10pm)

Warm and well equiped room with nice breakfast.

Pros: I liked the staff ,very polite and especially Jason at the front desk very helpfull and friendlly. Also Deep at the breakfast team was friendly and helpfull. The people made our staying memorable, thank you guys. Also the housekeeping lady helped my wife when she was in a hurry and forgot her key card. The kitchen and office facilities were very usefull.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the noise that the refrigerator was making during the night , it was a bit annoying.

Pros: Full sized refrigerator, stainless steel pots and pans, spa, restaurant and bar. Clean, comfortable room. Polite, helpful staff. Many restaurants nearby.

Cons: Parking isn't free, but $8 a day isn't bad. Ceiling in the parkade is a little low for opening your rear hatch all the way.

Very comfortable & clean with good access to the highway & very friendly staff

Pros: Very comfortable bed. Quiet….even though I was near the elevator. The breakfast was amazing. I’ve never seen such an assortment of toppings for the oatmeal! There was vegan bread & the coffee was delicious!

Cons: I wasn’t expecting to have to pay for parking
