Very good

Pros: Clean and comfortable rooms. Definitely larger style rooms for families and the facilities are well maintained. Friendly staff. Free parking. Gym and pool on location. A great breakfast too.

Cons: The location is isolated in winter if you do not have a vehicle.

Came as my i laws were a bit sick so booked a hotel for safety. Had extra space, we used the gym.

Great stay would definitely consider staying here again.

Pros: Staff were really helpful, beds particularly comfortable, rooms spacious, free shuttle to the airport.

Cons: Food was a bit limited but it was okay.

Great central location

Pros: Quick check in. Clean room with everything required and needed. Very close to so many restaurants and very central. Its right near the 407 exit. Bed was comfortable. Sofa bed was good and the blankets and pillows were great. Toiletries were fabulous!! Love the brand being used. Another bin in the washroom would have been great.

Pros: Breakfast was great, receptionist was fantastic, very helpful and accommodating. I forgot her name but she was an Asian women who checked us in on Friday afternoon. (August 22nd)

Cons: We were first put in a room that smelled far to strong of air freshener, luckily the receptionist found us another room that way much more Pleasant.

Pros: Breakfast was great. A good selection. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool and the location was excellent.

Cons: Pillows, the pull out couch wasn't very comfortable.

Pros: Staff was professional, friendly and kind. They always acknowledged us as we came and went and any staff we passed on our way to breakfast wished us a cheerful \

Cons: There was an unpleasant smell in our suite that did not go away. We couldn't decide if it was the carpet or because of the air conditioning. Opportunities for improvement are around the much appreciated complimentary hot breakfast. Milk jug was usually empty. Since it is a smaller size and used for coffee, tea, and cereal, there really should have been two available. Coffee was empty on two mornings. Butter container was usually empty. Toaster machine set too low as people needed to run their bread or bagels etc through 2 or 3 times to get it actually toasted. This caused a backup/lineup. The one person we saw working was working very hard indeed but with so many guests going through food and beverage quickly, it was hard to keep up. Still, once we had the food, it was quite tasty.

Clean, Comfortable, and Well-Priced

Pros: I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent with a reasonable price. Breakfast was fresh and clean every day, though it would be nice to have a bit more variety throughout the week. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.
