Pros: Within recent few years the hospitality industry went through the transformation and it became a challenge to find a hotel with good service. So it became a pleasant surprise when we were greeted at the front desk in very professional manner. Vitalina, a front desk representative, was friendly, personal, efficient and welcoming. The hotel was clean, the room was specious, and the location was also very convenient.
