Overall a very pleasant stay and we would definitely return.

Pros: The staff on Friday and Saturday were superb! Soooo friendly. Staff at breakfast were friendly as well. Our room was very clean. Love that it is a dog friendly hotel, Jax goes everywhere with us so this was a plus.

Cons: We were not pleased with plastic cutlery and paper plates for breakfast. The overnight front desk person on Saturday through the night was not very friendly to my husband and less than accommodating. My husband doesn't sleep well with neuropathy and goes outside with coffee frequently through the night and nobody attended the coffee station Sat through the night. When my husband told attendant he said that it wasn't his job and it wouldn't be attended to. My hubby said Friday through the night, it was full and hot. We were part of the Wako Canada North American Century Cup Kickboxing tournament and there was hockey, basketball and golf people staying at hotel. I don't think there was enough staff at breakfast to accommodate them as the hockey crew certainly didn't clean up after themselves (that is putting it mildly). These were minor things and we would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our brief overnight stay at the hotel - staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Room was great, very spacious and clean - breakfast was very limited, especially for our gluten free vegetarian.

Cons: More food options for breakfast

Pros: The hotel overall was great. Excellent customer services, front desk, and kitchen staff were amazing 👏 👌 breakfast is awesome choices, room is spacious and clean. The lobby and dining room are inviting and beautiful. We usually travel every summer for a week and this hotel by far is the best hotel we've been.We had a great stay in this hotel. We were happy and satisfied. 10 out of 10. Thank you. You've been part of our family trip to be memorable ✨️ ❤️❤️

I nearly have no complaints about these stays

Pros: The room is bright and open, clean and spacious. The lay out is a bit difference from the traditional ones which is good. Breakfast is OK.

Cons: Some of the plugs are not working very well.

Pros: The front desk check-in was really quick and easy. .

Cons: Night manager could be a little friendlier, seems so mad all night. Should smile more.

This is where we stay in Markham… 2nd stay

Pros: Very friendly staff. Rooms were very clean. I like the bathroom layout and shampoo, body wash dispensers. Breakfast and dining room was great.

Cons: I didn’t like the price but seems like a trend with hotels and the parking was congested.

Pros: The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I stayed for a whole week with no issues. The location is quite good for amenities and as a tourist to visit places.

Cons: It would be good if the bathroom have room spray, given there is no windows. Also the bath spray wasn't that great
