Best Western Parkway Hotel Toronto North

My 3 day stay was very comfortable and staff was attentive to my needs.

Pros: I liked that staff accomodated me with the 2nd floor room..eventhough they did not have any available and I did not mention my room specification that I wanted above ground upper level with balcony at time of booking. They went above and beyond to accomodate my needs.

Pros: The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was very good. Special thanks to Aafarin at the reception—she was very friendly, professional, and helpful during check-in. Her excellent service made our stay even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros: Location was great in between both my parents by 20 minutes would stay again in near future

Cons: I didn't like when checking in I was almost double paying i paid through booking.com more attention on looking through entire file would be best just a tip for good habit

Pros: Excellent location. There are many restaurants nearby. All in walking distance. Room was spacious and friendly staff.

Cons: We got a room at basement level (Which I didn’t know that there is a basement level). We couldn’t get any natural light and fresh air. That was a bit disappointing. Bathroom was a bit smelly and the shower head was a bit blocked that made lower water flow.

The facility is clean and staff are friendly and courteous.

Pros: The breakfast at the affiliated hotel was very good. Also, having access to Starbucks for morning coffee is a bonus.

Cons: There was no shuttle to and from airport and there is nothing much to do around this location.

Pros: Well-appointed room. Very clean. Lots of restaurants in walking distance

Cons: The changing area for the swimming pool could do with a significant update

Pros: I enjoyed that the staff was personable , kind and very helpful when issues arise. I had a bad medical issue that caused me to call 911 and everyone here helped them find my room easily , even helped keep me calm when I was scared and genuinely asked me how I was doing afterwards. Was also easy to stay an extra night unforseen in our same room for a great fee thanks to the excellent staff the past few days we have been here .

Cons: The tv was hard to use .

Pros: Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

Cons: Bed sheets were odd. We seemed to have twin size sheet for a double bed size.

Pros: Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We basically just checked in, went to sleep, and left in the morning. The staff were very friendly. I'd stay again.
