Great breakfast
Pros: Beds are very comfortable and breakfast was amazing.
Cons: The stove in our room was quite old, and it took ages to warm up the water since there wasn't an electrical tea pot.

Amazing and Relaxing
Pros: If you're looking for somewhere relaxing and away from the noise, this is your spot. Right when you walk in the staff greets you, they're so friendly. The customer service is 10/10. Complimentary breakfast was amazing, the hours of operations was perfect for people with children. The gym being open 24hr amazing, and laundry is free. The rooms amazing, cozy, and comfortable. Having a kitchen in my room bonus. The hotel was amazingly clean and fresh. I will most definitely be returning

Overall, I find this time the stay is very nice especially more comfortable after the renovation
Pros: The suite is close to my brother's house within 10 minutes walk and very convenient for me to go over to meet up with him. Likewise, he finds it so easy to drive and pick me up . In addition, i also like the suite with breakfast provided . I don't have to walk outside to look for breakfast. The variety and quality of the breakfast is good
Cons: I wish you could provide an electric water heater or boiler because boiling water using the coffee maker isn't good. The water often comes with coffee odor and some coffee substance .

Enjoyable stays with my family!🤗
Pros: My family and I globally appreciated our visit at Sonesta ES Suites Hotel Markham Toronto. We were 5 and stayed six nights. The room was well equipped with 2 cooking surfaces, big fridge with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, dished and utensils. The environment is clean and well maintained. The breakfast was various and everything was delicious except for the potatoes we absolutely didn't like. I really want to mention the woman of the kitchen Ms DANA, she was wonderful with everyone and made us comfortable. Thank you SURESH for your smile, kindness and quick and effective service!
Cons: Here're some but's, we didn't appreciate the parking tax of 5$/night (don't forget that client can't bring their belongings by walk and even if taxis exist, it may be difficult or not practical for external visitors). Plus, during our 6 days staying there, after 3 nights we were eligible to the room cleaning (light touch : towels, garbage, redo the bed with the same sheets, NO BATH CLEANING). Also, the bathroom space was a bit small.

Pros: Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. 2 bedroom suite was very spacious for family of 5.
Cons: Receptionist wasn't helpful. We came back midnight and there wasn't parking space available even though we paid for it. When we asked him for help, where to park he said just park at the curb 🤨.

Highly recommend, great staff and enjoyed our stay. We will be back.
Pros: The bedroom and suite was separated by a door which allowed quiet and darkness for my child and I resting while my spouse watched hockey. There was a bar-b-q available at the back of the hotel, we used it to save money and enjoy a relaxing evening outdoors.
Cons: It would be great if the breakfast started earlier. We travel for competitions that start by 7am which doesn't allow us to take in the included breakfasts.

Was perfect
Pros: Staff so friendly, nice and clean , gym was good, laundry was perfect . Breakfast was substantial. Rooms were great settee was very comfortable and bed was perfect. No noise from highway behind . Pool was great and the gardens were lovely We stayed for 13 nights perfect

Very Clean and very comfortable.....but....small details matter......
Pros: Very clean. Very comfortable. Suites are really nice. Staff as well.
Cons: The place would have been rated A1 if someone would pay attention to a simple basic problem. People need to visually see cleanliness and attention to detail as well as feel it. There is only 1 elevator in the building. It is one of the first things people see. The inside looks like a horrible dungeon. 50 dollars of paint would make it look like a 5 star facility. Such a simple thing to do. A basic detail. I wanted to paint it myself. The rest of the hotel is so nice. Why wouldn't you want one of the 1st things people see to be nice instead of horrible. I don't get it. 1st impressions guys. Very important. If the 1st impression is bad all the rest follows that no matter how nice it is. Other than this the place was fantastic.
