Pros: The highlight for me is always the staff. I like people who smile and say hello. I would say that 90% of the staff seem friendly and professional

Cons: The receptionist at check-in sounded like every step in the process was rehearsed, leaving no room for a sincere welcome. I always stay at this hotel when I come to Markham. This year alone, I was in your hotel in May, June, and now July. I have to return in November and December and will probably stay with you again. Even as a member, I was not recognized or appreciated for my repeat business. Asking questions that you need answered without any consideration for the guest does not make for a good reception. She asks NO questions about me.

Pros: The Bistro is staffed with friendly, courteous folks.

Cons: There seemed to be some confusion as to whether Marriott membership should be added to this reservation. This because I booked through 3rd party. Coffee machine in room didnt work.
