Comfortable and convenient.

Pros: Comfortable room. The fridge and microwave were a welcome convenience. Exercise room and pool were another plus. The bathtub was also appreciated.

Cons: The tap water. Elevator often out of service.

Pros: Location was good. The suite I got was very nice. Overall staff and cleanliness is good.

Cons: The breakfast was very basic. Would've loved to have some bacon, eggs, pancakes, yogurt. I only saw muffins, mini pastries, apples,oranges, cereal, oatmeal, bagel

Great comfortable stay and friendly staff

Pros: Great staff, comfortable rooms with everything we needed. Hotel is clean and spacious

Cons: Breakfast was nice and as expected with friendly staff but more selection would be nice for pastries and eggs

Pros: Very conveniently located for supermarket shopping and dining

Cons: The shower needs to be hand held. High on the wall the power was low. Also a hand held shower will enable your domestic staff to clean the bath faster and more efficiently.

Great place to stay and I will book again soon.

Pros: The breakfast room was just the basic continental which was acceptable. I paid for takeout breakfast to take out as I was not allowed to take out breakfast for a reasonable price. Overall, it was quiet; the staff was polite; and the room was clean and comfortable

Cons: The Jacuzzi facility might need a bit of attention to ensure all the outlets are working effectively.
