Beautiful stay for a couple or families.

Pros: Would book another stay at this hotel in a heartbeat. Check in was easy, room was clean and spacious...great facility all around. Location was a bonus, you are close to many restaurants, theatre and cafes.

Cons: I honestly have no complaints.

Great weekend stay to visit friends

Pros: It was the best hotel that was located near our friend's home. The room was very spacious and comfortable and the staff were amiable and professional.

Cons: The air conditioning had to be lowered otherwise it was blowing directly toward the bed. Otherwise, nothing else.

Cons: The booking arrangement which caused problems, also the internet connection, auto disconnection.

it was a very short stay but we had a comfortable room and great breakfast with friendly staff

Pros: Breakfast was very good, nice location and TVs in the booth great, but the service was friendly but slow

Cons: checking in, the desk could not locate our booking from booking.com and took a few mintes to complete our checkin and show we had pre-paid the fee. Staff was terrific.

Amazing hotel post wedding.

Pros: The pool, the included breakfast, overall vibes of the hotel!

Cons: How it wasn't fully stocked for the number of days we were booked. There was a slight miscommunication with the breakfast which prevented us from missing out on our included breakfast for the first two nights. Once that was settled we were able to get breakfast for the last 2 days

Pleasantly surprised

Pros: Breakfast was great! I was especially grateful they had alternative dairy products my latte. I love the invigorating smell of the shower gel, body cream, conditioner and shampoo.

Cons: The signage in the elevator regarding using your swipe to select your floor could be more prominent. Make it standout more by using bolder lettering or brighter colours or better placement. It was in the upper right hand corner of the keypad at the hotel I stayed at which was difficult to notice as you enter the elevator.

Nice new hotel

Pros: The hotel is new, the restaurant food is good, the room is spacious. Location feels a little remote but it has a shopping area nearby. No problem if you have a car.

Cons: A little far from everything if you are a tourist visiting Toronto.

Perfect place to stay on our visit to Markham

Pros: Very new and clean. Great customer service. The room was spacious. Comfortable bed. In a perfect location for where we needed to be. We also made use of the large and well equipped gym. We will stay again when we come back!
