Pros: We enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful, and the room was very clean, comfortable, and had great views. The bathroom was also very clean. We were very close to both St. Lawrence Market and Eaton Centre.

Cons: While the location is near several homeless centers, it appears to be otherwise safe.

We went to World Series . Was great to come back to a clean room to sleep loved the blockout blinds. Enjoyed the late ch

Pros: Very clean, staff went above & beyond. The Valet personnel were so professional , courteous , helpful location was ok. Building was lovely very clean.Had outside fire pit areas lovely. As was housekeeping very well presented room. The Hyatt Regency have beautiful clean establishments. This was no different Very Happy with the rooms cleanliness.

Cons: It was about a 35 min walk to the Rogers Centre or CN Tower. Had requested a room for early arrival as had just arrived from overseas. Couldn’t get in early than 4 pm. Disappointed.prices were so high due to the World Series. Hope the go back to normal for winter & sumner holidays. Room was small but was fine for 2 people.

Good to see the sights but some of the sights you see are unpleasant

Pros: Excellent location for sightseeing and the staff couldn't be more helpful

Cons: The general area around the hotel has a lot of homeless people and very obvious drug users, bit dirty and intimidating Also the bar is only open from 5-10pm Computer glitch meant money was constantly being \

Great Stay in Toronto

Pros: Staff is nice, very clean, room was cozy and comfortable. Easy to get hot water for wash, nice view, and quiet at night. I was in the 11th floor. Walking distance to main areas of town, TMU. Took me 25 min walk to downtown York st area.

Cons: Neighborhood was ok. I never felt unsafe and walked around late at night. But for some they may not feel comfortable due to homeless around the area. The homeless are harmless in my view and never had any interaction, but if this makes you uncomfortable then that's how you'll be. Oh my biggest complaint which is really small, is that i had to hold the handle down for a few seconds to get the loo to flush. Very very minor.
