Pros: It's was big I king suite to myself was awesome 👌

Pros: We liked how close we were to everything we needed. I proposed to the love of my life,and now I'm engaged 😃

Cons: The people across from us and beside us were very noisy at unacceptable hours,kept us awake till after 1:00 am

Guest date night

Pros: Out dinner at wildfire and our waitress sarah was exceptional the price of the meal i'm with this world. 5 course. Dinner could not finish it had to take it home. Sarah, thank you for an amazing evening. You are one of best servers. I've ever had thank 😋

Cons: The coupon for the restaurant at the hotel is not explained that you cannot use it for the special meal. They offer yet. It was put on the card advertising it that should be explained before you hand out any more cards other than that the hotel was exceptional

Pros: Room was very family friendly; two tv screens, living room area, fridge, microwave etc

Pros: Great service! Very spacious room. Clean, cozy, comfortable stay. Good proximity to the falls. Strongly recommended.

Cons: The room was a bit chilly and we were not able to adjust the temperature. But for one night it was okay.

Pros: Nice hotel room was great very spacious and clean. Wildfire restaurant had amazing food. Highly recommend.

Pros: Nice location, friendly staff, clean and spacious room with a separate study area, 2 restaurants and a bar

Cons: Drink dispensing machine and cafeteria did not work in the evening hours, so we had to wait until morning to buy soft drinks

It was a short stay, but we enjoyed the time we were there. It was for vacation.

Pros: Always parking available. I liked the location. Far from the falls yet still close to access. Away from the traffic.

Cons: Honestly there was nothing I didn't like. It isn't the first time I reserve in this particular Ramada. Few years back there was renovations taking place and those renovations were well worth the time to come back to. Place is really nice.

Clean room, we had everything we needed. We were surprised at the bigger size of the room and friend

Pros: Staff were friendly, even though she was alone and there was a lineup of people. She explained that her colleague was late in arriving but would be there shortly.

Cons: When you first entered our room, there was a musty smell which we thought came from the air conditioner

Short Stay in Niagara

Pros: The staff is great! Penny the receptionist got out of her way to assist me. She was really kind and helpful. The room is huge. I like the location, a bit far from the attractions but good enough.

Cons: few facilities. room was a bit dark.
