Convenient and reasonably priced hotel

Pros: Great location. I went to a concert and this place is connected to the OLG venue and the casino around. It is a 10 mins walk to see the falls too.

Cons: The parking tend to be inconvenient as there are a few spots beside the hotel entrance and the other one are across the street. You either go and park and carry all your stuff from there or lave your luggage by the door unattended while you go to park (if you are by yourself)

Pros: Amazing hotel, clean indoor walk away to the casino and I'm very picky with beds and these were great surprisingly.

Pros: Rooms were spacious and nice location. Not prime location but close to restaurants and eating places.

Cons: Toiletries were running out and had to ask for them

Pros: I loved the jaccuzzi in the room. The pool was warm. The staff was very professional and kind.

Pros: Everything was okay but at night there's a kid running the next floor above but everything's okay thanks for the service.

Pros: Rooms were comfy and big hot tub was a plus. Staff was very friendly and willing to help.

Cons: The shower didn't have a place to rest my soap. TV was channels only wasnt able to hook up my phone to it or watch anything else.

Great Hotel

Pros: I loved the amenities, the gym for myself, pool and arcade for kids, super close to everywhere you want to eat and visit plus they offer some great coupons. The rooms and facility remained clean which was huge for me. Staff was super friendly, my family and I will be staying here again next time we visit Niagara falls

Cons: There was only 1 microwave for everyone at the property to use. I suggest getting a cart and adding a few more microwaves in the lobby for visitors to use. It sucked waiting on a line to warm up food etc
