Excellent Stay

Pros: The room was very nice. Decently maintained and everything worked. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Checking in and out was very easy. The pool was a nice size with a hot tub as well. Having it open till 10pm was also a bonus. They had a small fitness room if you did was to use it. They gave us some nice vouchers at check in and they had a few more options near the entrance.

Cons: The photos made the room seem a lot bigger than it actually was. Still a nice size room. We were not aware of the extra parking fee of $25 a day. Caught us off gaurd a little and knowing the parking lot across the street was $10 didn't help either.

Very excellent stay on Christmas Eve. Comfortable,cozy and safe even with parking.

Pros: They have beautiful and accommodating frontdesk....people working there is accommodating and nice. And they know information like the fireworks schedule in the falls and speaking with you about how would you spend the night if something special going on...very good employees.Clean hotel and very comfortable bed and rooms.For sure one of our favorite Hotel in Falls view place with our family.

Just a Good stay

Pros: I liked the location, being close to most attractions and accessible

Cons: I didn't like the fact that such a facility didn't have a restaurant or bar that could serve residents. The IHOP restaurant on site is only for breakfast and lunch, and the menu is very limited. Also the hot tub in the room didn't actually have active jets
