Falls Lodge & Suites

Pros: We were asked if we'd like ground floor or upper, which was nice as I do have mobility issues..usually you're just put wherever and then you have to ask to be moved. Room very clean. Receptionist eas very welcoming and friendly!!

Nice stay

Pros: Modern, clean and good facilities - absolutely massive bed, and housekeeping and reception staff were a delight to work with

Cons: Door caught a bit had needed to be shoved closed, Bed was a little squeaky nothing major but I did notice it when trying to sleep, a guest also kept coming back at 2am talking loudly when walking past room door, nothing the hotel can do about that though just a downside to the design of the walkways and someone being inconsiderate

Very pleasantly surprised

Pros: We were a little apprehensive when we saw the outside of our suite, but we were very pleasantly surprised when we entered the room. It was clean, modern, and beautiful. The room was huge. It actually echoed, lol. The bed was very comfortable, and the jacuzzi was fabulous.

Cons: The only problem with the room was, with all that space, you'd think there would be somewhere to hang your clothes. Just a rack on the wall would be enough. A luggage rack would also be nice. Unfortunately, the breakfast was lacking. There wasn't much choice, and the room was very cramped. If we come back, we will probably go somewhere else for breakfast.

Pros: Hi. We had a pleasant stay at the hotel — everything was as expected and well-suited for a family vacation. The location is very convenient, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby within walking distance. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful.

Place was very clean, spacious and near main attractions.

Pros: Cleanliness. Size of the room and proximity to the Falls

Pros: Almost everything except Air condition ia very loud.

Breakfast can be better

Pros: The location was good, and the room was equally clean.

Cons: The breakfast was lacking. And it was from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. most people didn't know. The breakfast option needs to improve.

Pros: The breakfast was quite basic but reasonable for the price

Pros: Great location with walking distance to table Rock and Clifton hill

Cons: Was a little dirty and the breakfast was very basic. Get down early if you want coffee as once the pot is empty that's it
